$1,500

FIXED SCOPE — KNOW BEFORE YOU FUND THE BUILD

Know what is worth funding before you fund the build.

8 DELIVERABLES

  1. 01Process and workflow map for the selected business unit
  2. 02Data quality, availability, and integration audit
  3. 03AI and automation opportunity ranking (value, feasibility, cost, risk)
  4. 04Salesforce platform and CRM readiness findings (where relevant)
  5. 05Risk, compliance, and ownership flag summary
  6. 06Stakeholder readiness and adoption assessment
  7. 07Technology stack and integration review
  8. 0890-day prioritized action plan with explicit decision points

What the audit is

A structured assessment of one business unit or workflow area. We examine the process, data conditions, integration dependencies, and organizational context—then rank the opportunities and flag the risks.

The output is a written findings document and a sequenced 90-day action plan. Not a slide deck—a decision document.

Who it is for

Organizations evaluating AI, automation, Salesforce, or integration work who want to understand the opportunity and risk before committing to implementation scope and budget.

Not for: Organizations looking for a broad technology strategy review, security audit, or ongoing advisory relationship. Those are different engagements.

Common questions

Who is this for?

Small and midsized organizations evaluating whether AI, automation, Salesforce, or integration work is worth funding—and what that investment should look like. It is useful both for teams that have a specific project in mind and those still clarifying what the right problem is.

What does "one business unit" mean?

A defined team, workflow, or function with clear inputs, outputs, and stakeholders. Examples: the support team's triage and resolution flow, the sales team's pipeline management process, or a specific regulatory reporting workflow.

Can the fee be applied to implementation?

Yes. The $1,500 audit fee is credited toward the first implementation engagement if you move forward within six months.

What if the audit finds there is nothing worth funding?

That is a valid outcome and a useful one. You leave with a clear picture of why the timing or conditions are not right—which is worth knowing before spending more.

What do I need to share?

A description of the workflow, access to up to two stakeholders for interviews, and any relevant documentation you are comfortable sharing. You do not need to share sensitive data, credentials, or proprietary information in the initial conversation.

How long does it take?

Findings are delivered within five business days of completed intake interviews. The intake process—fit call, scope agreement, and interviews—typically takes three to five business days.

Request the audit

We review every request and respond within one business day. A brief fit call follows—no payment or commitment until scope is confirmed.
